１．Application Period: From April 1 to July 31 (registration will close  once capacity is reached).
２．Eligibility: Open to all nationalities and genders.
３．Performance Location: Koenji Awa Odori (around JR Koenji Station).
４．Performance Date: Sunday, August 24, 17:00–20:00.
５．Categories for Participation: (1) Dancers　(2) Musicians　(3) Staff
６．Practice Dates: April 22, May 27, June 24, July 22, July 29, August 12 & 19
※Note: Dates are subject to change. Attendance at all sessions is not mandatory.
７．Practice Hours: 18:30–20:30.
８．Practice Venues:   Komagome Regional Culture Center 
                                   Or around YamanoteLne Sugamo Station.
９．Participation Fee:
　　　(1) Dancers & Musicians: ¥10,000 　※Japanese yen
　　　(2) Staff: ¥5,000　※Japanese yen
※Note: Musicians are requested to bring their native folk instruments.
